Hi, we’re Victoria and Maddie and as part of the media team, we went around the school to interview some pupils about what they have been doing during activity week.

The year 8 students we interviewed, Sam and Phoebe Turner, were telling us how they were making smoothies using maths. While Phoebe said the smoothies tasted nice, Sam told us that they “tasted like disappointment” and didn’t recommend them to us. However they both said that they enjoyed making them.

We also interviewed Abby Ryan and Rhian tTaylor , two year 9 students taking part in drama. They both told us that they enjoyed drama as they could change who they were for five minutes while on stage. They also said that they were looking forward to the performance of War horse at the end of the week and doing drama GCSE next year.

We interviewed another pair on year 9 students called Grace DuCros and Lucia Paonessa , who were taking part in the art classes for the day. They said that they were enjoying painting the decorations for the set of war horse at the end of the week.  They also told us that they were looking forward to taking art GCSE next year and Grace added that she was looking forward to all the painting.

The last pair we interviewed were sixth formers, Sarah Crouch and head boy for next year Giles Andrews. They told us that they had enjoyed the day they had so far and that they had a busy week ahead of them including UCAS on days Thursday and Friday. But were looking forward to it.
